Chasing Atmosphere

Leica CL + Summicron-C 40mm

Earlier we took some photos around this semi-derelict homestead on Inch Island, but wished we had more time to spend there. So we returned a week later and took more photos - but they did not have the same atmospheric quality. ‘Atmosphere’ is not easy to capture; it is really a delicate combination of light conditions, weather, and time of day. We should only bother coming back when these are the same as when we took the original photos.
